Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HalkaGorib FiveM Roleplay server (hereinafter "the Service"), Discord server, website, and related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Conduct & Code of Conduct

All users must comply with the server rules and maintain respectful behavior. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior toward other players
• • Use of cheats, exploits, unauthorized modifications, or mod menus
• • Real-world trading of in-game items, currency, or accounts for money
• • Impersonation of staff members or other players
• • Sharing personal information without consent
• • Spamming, trolling, or intentionally disrupting the community

3. Bans & Account Suspension

HalkaGorib reserves the right to suspend, ban, or restrict access to any player or account at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of staff. This includes but is not limited to rule violations, cheating, abusive behavior, or security concerns. Bans may be temporary or permanent. Ban appeals may be submitted through the official Discord, and decisions are final.

4. In-Game Purchases & Payments

By making a purchase on HalkaGorib:

• • All transactions are final and non-refundable
• • You acknowledge the purchase and agree to payment terms
• • Items, vehicles, memberships, or credits are digital goods with no real-world value
• • We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove purchased items if you violate the rules or terms
• • Chargebacks or payment fraud will result in permanent ban

5. Intellectual Property

All content on HalkaGorib, including but not limited to textures, scripts, configurations, and intellectual property, are owned by HalkaGorib or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or redistribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

HalkaGorib is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

• • Loss of progress, characters, items, or currency due to server issues or technical failures
• • Third-party software conflicts or compatibility issues
• • Interruption or suspension of service
• • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Modifications to Service

HalkaGorib reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service modifications or discontinuation.

8. Third-Party Services

HalkaGorib uses third-party services (bKash, Discord, etc.) for payments and authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their conduct or policies.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as applicable by law. You agree not to pursue legal action without first attempting to resolve the matter with HalkaGorib staff.

10. Changes to Terms

HalkaGorib may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for changes.
